As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will support customers with account, payment, transaction, and service-related questions. You’ll provide professional assistance, troubleshoot concerns, explain available solutions, and ensure each customer receives accurate and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer service calls and inquiries.
Assist with account, payment, and transaction-related questions.
Research and resolve customer concerns.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Verify customer information and follow security procedures.
Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Escalate complex issues when additional assistance is required.
Protect confidential customer and financial information.
Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Customer service or call center experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
